The process of completing a project from start to finish can be completed in seven steps:

• Initial Project Review
• Project Research
• Subcontractor Coordination (optional)
• Project Design
• Client Review
• Refinement Rounds
• Final Production

STEP 1: Initial Project Review
The designer will meet with the client to discuss the overview of the project, including the cost estimate and timeline.

STEP 2: Project Research
The designer will research different aspects of the project, such as photography, illustration, printing prices, color palette, etc.

STEP 3: Subcontractor Coordination
If needed, the designer will interview, price and coordinate the subcontractor(s) for the project.

STEP 4: Project Design
The designer will design the project based on the specifications and research that has been collected.

STEP 5: Client Review
Once the design is complete, the designer will e-mail the project to the client for review via a PDF file. A color printout can be provided upon request.

STEP 6: Refinement Rounds
The client will give the designer any revisions that need to be made. Typically this step takes multiple attempts to finalize minute details of the project.

STEP 7: Final Production
Once the project is approved, the designer will send the final job to its final destination, whether it be to a printer or to be coded and placed on a website server.
